Brilliant service! very friendly, would defiantly buy from here again. My carpet was fitted into my house within less than a week. I didnt go into the shop but i bought online ( onestop-furniture.com/ ) and the delivery guys were super friendly

Beautiful piece of furniture. Prompt delivery and friendly delivery man. Couldn’t ask for better service. Really happy thank you.i also really enjoyed carpets and it was really comfortable.

Does not even rate one star but, would not let me give no stars! AVOID for a very good reason on my part. I bought a two seated leather recliner, it was not assembled correctly and the metal base was / is seriously rusting. I asked for a refund and got one minus the £25 delivery charge. After checking with trading standards, I am in fact entitled to the delivery charge to be refunded, the owner refused and am now going through CAB. I then went to Euro Carpet warehouse up the road where I was greeted unlike One stop! I was helped by Jay and bought two x two sweaters at a fraction of the cost and dilemma at One Stop Furniture. Euro Carpet Warehouse not only delivered when they said they would, they unpacked, made sure I was happy and delivery was FREE !!!!!! Stay away from ONE STOP ON STONEY STANTON ROAD. I will get my £25 back out of principle and trading standards consumer rights ! BE WARNED !!! THIS PLACE IS ONE TO AVOID PROPLE !!

Horrendous my mum and dad brought a sofa on my recommendation they also brought bedroom furniture. Within months the 1200 pound settee fell apart the leather was coming away from the suite. I've since has a professional report done which they advised it was not leather it was a copy and the settee was poorly made which I advised the shop manager of this, it's has now been nearly two years since I have brought this suite what the manager has said is he needs a receipt to show his manufacturer so he can get his money back, as I said you have your own receipt to give to the manufacturer. Now we did not have the reciept for this sofa however the shop manager acknowledged fully to my face to my mums face that the sofa was from one stop furniture stoney Stanton road. He has ignore 34 emails 167 phone calls his staff have advised me they have given him my full message and to this day he has done nothing he has ignore and ripped off my parents don't ever use this shop this has also been reported to trading standards
