Does not even rate one star but, would not let me give no stars! AVOID for a very good reason on my part. I bought a two seated leather recliner, it was not assembled correctly and the metal base was / is seriously rusting. I asked for a refund and got one minus the £25 delivery charge. After checking with trading standards, I am in fact entitled to the delivery charge to be refunded, the owner refused and am now going through CAB. I then went to Euro Carpet warehouse up the road where I was greeted unlike One stop! I was helped by Jay and bought two x two sweaters at a fraction of the cost and dilemma at One Stop Furniture. Euro Carpet Warehouse not only delivered when they said they would, they unpacked, made sure I was happy and delivery was FREE !!!!!! Stay away from ONE STOP ON STONEY STANTON ROAD. I will get my £25 back out of principle and trading standards consumer rights ! BE WARNED !!! THIS PLACE IS ONE TO AVOID PROPLE !!
