Bar staff more than friendly enough for such a busy venue, doorstaff on the other hand are basically neanderthals. If you wish to be spoken to like an adult i would suggest going elsewhere. Unfortunately these people seem to have been scraped from the bottom of the same barrel as most of Coventrys door "security". Plenty of other places to go in the city, do not subject yourself to this nonsense.
