I tried to leave 0 star rating but it wont allow me to but the standard of service is nowhere near even a 1 rating, I have waited 5 months for my watch to be returned from a service, and I have just spoken to a colleague at Ernest Jones who couldn't wait to call me to imply that this is my fault as I originally asked for the watch to be returned to me as I sent it in for a £70 battery replacement but was told I needed a £240 service instead, having already replaced the battery twice on a 2 year old TAG watch so this will be over £500 I have spent on this watch. I was told my watch would be sent on a 'priority' booking but yet again this didn't happen ( I was promised the same last year as the watch was returned back to me NOT WORKING) still waiting for my watch to come back as there are no parts available in the TAG service centre - unbelievable. Will not return here other than to collect my watch if it ever arrives!    20-06-16
