i am sorry to have to post this review but on my visit to the library i had to use your toilets upon i had a very bad time where i found them very dirty there was toilet roll all wet on the floor and ladies items on top of the bins so i reported it to staff outside in the little office he said he could not do anything he would put it in the book which ment that the toilets would still be left dirty
