we have recently sold our house with Alternative Estates and could not have wished for better service, they always returned my calls, were forever contacting people in the chain, only 4 people but took some 5 months to complete due to problems with my buyer nothing to do with alternative, they kept me fully informed and at one time speaking to me on a daily basis they were great.
