This company has the worst customer service ever. When organising installation they would not book dates further than a few days in advance as they only set their schedule a week at a time – totally useless if you work and have to plan your leave. When they installed the fences the workmen complained that the guy who had given the quote had not measured the fence panels correctly and they had to cut a section off each panel. Now 4 months later 3 of the 4 panels are falling apart. I have rung them to complain and ask for someone to come and fix/replace them but again was told that they could not give me a date when they could do this (despite me being available at any time for the whole week as I was on holiday) and I would have to wait until they were β€œin the area.” 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing from them and will have to ring and chase them again. They do not seem to care that they have undertaken faulty work and only think about their own convenience. Appalling!!   07-09-13
