I recently bought a new mobile from Vodafone in the Precinct, Coventry. The shop was full of people and I was in a hurry but the staff ensured I got served in time. The phone had to be delivered so I had to return to the shop where Tom sorted me out. His interpersonal and customer care skills were excellent. I then went back because I couldn't fit the SIM card. Zak was really helpful and couldn't do enough for me.
