Very disappointed. Used them to buy my first house. Bedroom had been changed to a bathroom. No building control consent. Loft converted to a bedroom. No building control consent. Neither of these were highlighted to me, and due to my inexperience I assumed that if there was a problem, I was paying them to highlight it to me. I found out about the building regs requirement after completion. I emailed the solicitor who dealt with the conveyance and they basically told me it was too late to do anything and it's basically buyer beware.
