I bought a brand new Chevrolet and when it developed a fault within the warranty period I took it back and they insisted they wanted a £96 fee for diagnosing the problem, which would be refunded IF it turned out to be a warranty problem. If it wasn't covered by the warranty then I would be liable for the £96. I have my own fault reader so I even told them the code and the problem, I was not going to pay them £96 to tell me something I already knew. I found their customer service to be appalling and I would not recommend them at all. My wife has a Mazda and their customer service is far superior
