I am very unhappy with the service and i wont be using them again. I ot my camera back from buy back and my 8gig memory card wasnt in it!! My phone and tablet was still in there.when i got my phone back yesterday i checked the phone 4the memory card and it was there.i got home and the charger was missing,there was a usb lead inside but it isent mine and no port that looked exactly the same as my camera charger. My tablet i have to get it this week and i wont be signing anything or handing over my money till i have saw every thing in the box. I think that when people dont buy back goods they are sold instore and then other goods in buy back are swapped for the goods in better condition or staff stealing. I think this is fraud and the interest they ask for is a con because they no people have no choice sometimes to pawn goods because they need money fast but the interest makes it impossible for people to gets there stuff back. Well they have lost a customer in me and i will be spreading the word
