The coach was clean and tidy. The driver Steve was very good, helpful and with a good sense of humour. We travelled on 24June to the Anchorage hotel in Babacombe. The hotel was extremely disappointing. It bore no resemblance on the outside to the photos on the Internet. Evening meal on 2 nights was disgusting, 2 nights acceptable, breakfast was OK. The lift broke down on the 1st night and was still not repaired when we left 4 days later. The change over at Hopwood services was awful. We will on the coach for 10 hours in total, we were delayed for about two and a half hours by an accident, which was obviously out of the control of Dunwood, but the rest of the time was down to bad organisation. When we eventually got back to Coventry there was a hold up again and 4 of us were just about to leave the coach and finish the journey by taxi when at last we set off again. Don't think we will be booking with you again.
