I had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come and look at my fencing. I was told between 8.00 am and 1.00 pm so I had to take the morning off work. The Wilfirs man arrived 11.15 and first of all made a small job of replacing a door into a "removing the frame and brickwork above" so I said to leave that bit. I am still waiting for the quote for the wooden panels three weeks later. Wish I'd read the reviews - can't understand why these people are still in business
