Have used loads of fancy dress outfitters over the years and I cannot praise Maria enough at Glad Rags. She was so helpful from the outset and kept me up to date with any new outfits that had been added to the website....if I wanted to change our choices it was no hassle for her, she couldn't do enough to help. A day before our event she called me up to go through everything and even put in an extra dress of a different size as I wasn't too sure what would fit me having just had an operation a few weeks earlier and my sizing was different... so helpful! Maria thinks of everything, from advising on shoe heights to go with outfits and your own personal sizing to even knowing the local venues. Thoroughly recommend her shop and service, complete five stars compared to other places where you are just a number walking through the door or over the phone...but Maria gives you a personal touch with your choices and complete professional service from start to finish...thank you!
