Just had a delivery of fencing material. Very quick delivery and great quality panels. The concrete was lightweight so easy for us to handle.

We paid extra to have our delivery carried through and I'm so glad we did. The two delivery chaps were so helpful

Great fencing. Couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. The quality of all of the materials uses was far superior to everywhere else we looked.

I had to wait 2 weeks for someone to come and look at my fencing. I was told between 8.00 am and 1.00 pm so I had to take the morning off work. The Wilfirs man arrived 11.15 and first of all made a small job of replacing a door into a "removing the frame and brickwork above" so I said to leave that bit. I am still waiting for the quote for the wooden panels three weeks later.
Wish I'd read the reviews - can't understand why these people are still in business

I picked this company to build my garden fence because they are a long established business and I liked the appearance of their panels. I also knew that it would not be a straight forward job because my garden slopes up by 2 feet and I wanted to keep the fence tops level so I thought a good supplier would have the answers. They did the survey, took photographs and went away with my requirements saying that they would have to build the fence and make the panels as they went. No problem, I thought, these people make their own panels. The quotation duly arrived, after I had chased it, and was accepted. Contracts were signed, neighbours in agreement, and a start date given. From the outset bells started ringing. They didn't mark out the lines so now the fences aren't straight, not disasterously crooked but not straight. They complained about the difficulties with the slopes saying that this could add to the cost even though they knew about them beforehand, one neighbour complained that someone had damaged her tree but no-one could remember doing it and when they left my other neighbour came round to ask if they intended to re-fix his fence which was now swinging in the wind. In fairness they came quickly back and fixed it. I'm disappointed and could not recommend using this company.

This company has the worst customer service ever. When organising installation they would not book dates further than a few days in advance as they only set their schedule a week at a time – totally useless if you work and have to plan your leave. When they installed the fences the workmen complained that the guy who had given the quote had not measured the fence panels correctly and they had to cut a section off each panel. Now 4 months later 3 of the 4 panels are falling apart. I have rung them to complain and ask for someone to come and fix/replace them but again was told that they could not give me a date when they could do this (despite me being available at any time for the whole week as I was on holiday) and I would have to wait until they were “in the area.” 3 weeks later and I have heard nothing from them and will have to ring and chase them again. They do not seem to care that they have undertaken faulty work and only think about their own convenience. Appalling!!
