Using webmail gives you access to your email werever you are. Go to www.chisleurst.co.uk, enter your email address and password (sent in your registration email) and you will be able to log-on to your email account.

How do I collect my email using an email client?

You can use either POP3 or IMAP protocols to collect your email. After downloading emails by IMAP, you will still be able to access them as webmail. However, after downloading by POP3, they will no longer be available by webmail.

In order to access your email, you need to set up your email client as follows:

- Incoming Mail Server: mail.Coventry.co.uk

- Incoming Mail Userame: your Coventry email address

- Incoming Mail Password: your password

For sending email, your configuration details are very similar to receiving, but please note that SMTP authentication needs to be turned on:

- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.Coventry.co.uk

- Outgoing Mail Userame: your Coventry email address

- Outgoing Mail Password: your password

- SMTP Authentication: Yes

How do I cancel my Coventry email address?

When you apply for a free trial, we will send you an email confirming your Coventry email address. This email will contain a link to set-up a subscripton through Paypal. If you don't set up the subscription within 14 days you account will automatically expire.

You can cancel a paid subscription for a Coventry email address at any time by completing a cancellation form.
